Rebuilding your life after a house fire is no easy task, Jim and his Team not only did a brilliant job on our house they helped us immensely through the cumbersome process of rebuilding a home and dealing with the insurance company. The craftsmanship is second to none, the professionalism is first rate, and everyone was extremely easy to work with, EVERYONE. They worked non stop in less than ideal conditions through a miserable winter to get us back into our home in six months, the only part of the house that wasn't rebuilt was the basement, the rest was. One of the most traumatic experiences you could experience in your life is rebuilding your house and life after a house fire. Luckily, the next day friends highly recommended Metropolitan Contractors which had help them a few months before on a similar situation. Jim Corridon and his team not only did an outstanding job guiding us through the extremely complicated process of rebuilding the house, restoring the furniture, restoring the art work and getting all of our clothes cleaned and things restored. He dealt directly with the insurance company negotiating on our behalf to ensure a fair estimates. The many years of experience shows in their amazing craftsmanship. They are professionals and experienced at what they do and all of his staff were a pleasure to work with. Despite County delays Jim Corridon and his team worked continuously to make sure we would return home as soon as possible. We can only give Metropolitan Contractors 5 stars out 5! Metropolitan was recommended by a plumber who came out to assess a water issue in my ceiling. It was determined that my master shower needed to be replaced as it was installed incorrectly. Metropolitan gave me an incredibly fair price for replacing entire shower and tiles on the wall, fixing drywall in my dining room and painting my entire ceiling on my main level. They were on time every day they did work, extremely professional and efficient. I have a 6 person glass dining table with incredibly heavy base and they moved it and put it back before leaving for 3 days in a row, absolutely could have left it disassembled but put it back at the end of each day. I love my new shower and highly recommend them for any services you may need.

Metro Contractors took on a large and complicated restoration project that involved our insurance company. They were knowledgeable with the claims process and maintained communication every step of the way. Work was done in an efficient manner. The team was courteous and respectful. We would use them again.

I think what blew me away most was how involved Jim and his team were in my insurance claim process. Jim knows the ropes and he knows this process. He was involved from the very first communication with my insurance provider and he and his crew worked directly with my adjuster and got all the I’s dotted and Ts crossed. It was about as fantastic of an experience as i could have ever imagined. I have and will continue to recommend Metropolitan for any and all renovations! They are the best! Each day when we look at our 25-year-old home with its beautiful new white beaded vinyl siding and trim wrapping, we thank you and your staff for a very professional job from start to finish. We could not have asked for anyone more accommodating or nicer to work with then Mr. Jim Sparks. He explained fully the quality job we could expect and he delivered on every detail. He told us when to expect the installers to begin and how long the job would take, barring inclement weather. His assistance was also invaluable in dealing with our insurance company, since only part of the job was covered by insurance. We were also fortunate to have two highly competent and skilled installers. They were on the job each day until it was completed, and their daily clean-up was greatly appreciated. In fact, several of our neighbors, who were away during the day, were not aware the work was underway until it was almost completed because of the thorough clean up. All in all, it was a very positive experience for us. We have recommended Metropolitan Contractors to several of our neighbors and friends.

We recently worked together on a very intricate project-The Chantilly Family Practice Center. Your company had several challenges to manage on this job: Completing a complicated two-phase tenant build-out in a short time frame Dealing with a shell condition building on a lower floor in the center of the building, necessitating ‘future proofing’ the adjacent spaces for future tenants to avoid disturbing the medical practice at a later date Dealing with many changes during the construction period.
